La conversazione si svolge sull'infrastruttura di WhatsApp Ireland Limited, secondo le sue condizioni.
Per gestire una prenotazione trattiamo nome e cognome, email, numero di telefono, date del soggiorno, numero e tipologia degli ospiti, eventuali richieste particolari e i dati necessari al pagamento. I pagamenti sono gestiti da [FORNITORE DI PAGAMENTO]: i dati completi della carta non transitano mai da noi e non li conserviamo.
L'appartamento è sorvegliato da telecamere che riprendono esclusivamente le aree esterne (terrazzo e balconi). Non ci sono telecamere all'interno dell'appartamento, né in bagni, camere o zona giorno. Le registrazioni servono a tutelare l'immobile da furti e danneggiamenti.
Non conserviamo copie dei documenti di identità. I dati vengono letti, trasmessi alla Questura come previsto e i documenti restituiti.

Se hai prenotato tramite Airbnb o Booking.com, quelle piattaforme trattano i tuoi dati come titolari autonomi, secondo le loro informative.
Non vendiamo i tuoi dati e non li cediamo per finalità pubblicitarie.
Alcuni fornitori hanno sede negli Stati Uniti (Porkbun, Google, e le società del gruppo Meta). Il trasferimento avviene sulla base delle clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione europea e, ove applicabile, dell'adesione al Data Privacy Framework UE-USA.
Puoi chiederci in qualsiasi momento di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, riceverli in formato leggibile o opporti al trattamento fondato sul legittimo interesse.
Scrivi a giorgiolarosa90@gmail.com: rispondiamo entro un mese. Alcuni dati non possiamo cancellarli finché la legge ci obbliga a conservarli, per esempio quelli fiscali o quelli già trasmessi alla Questura.

This site uses no cookies, installs no analytics and does not profile visitors. The language you select is not stored.
The server hosting the site (Porkbun LLC, United States) automatically records your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. These are technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
The page loads its typefaces from Google's servers (Google Fonts), which means your IP address is transmitted to Google LLC when the page opens.
The "WhatsApp" button in the contact section opens WhatsApp; the "Reserve" button opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message. If you choose to write to us, you share with us your phone number, your profile name and the content of the message (dates, number of guests, rate selected). The conversation takes place on WhatsApp Ireland Limited's infrastructure, under its own terms.
To handle a booking we process your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, the number and type of guests, any special requests, and the data needed for payment. Payments are handled by [PAYMENT PROVIDER]: full card details never pass through us and we do not store them.
The apartment is monitored by cameras covering the outside areas only (terrace and balconies). There are no cameras inside the apartment, nor in bathrooms, bedrooms or the living area. The recordings exist to protect the property from theft and damage.
We do not keep copies of identity documents. The details are read, transmitted to the police as required, and the documents handed back.

We send no marketing messages and run no newsletter. Should that change, we will ask for separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

If you booked through Airbnb or Booking.com, those platforms process your data as independent controllers under their own policies.
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
Some providers are based in the United States (Porkbun, Google, and Meta group companies). Transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, on participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
At any time you may ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, hand it over in a readable format, or you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Write to giorgiolarosa90@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. Some data cannot be erased while the law requires us to keep it — tax records, for instance, or details already transmitted to the police.
If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.gpdp.it), or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data through it. Data about children who stay with us is provided by whoever holds parental responsibility, solely for the purposes of our legal obligations.
